What counts as a qualified call? +
A real person calling about your services, in your service area, during your business hours, who stays on the line long enough to discuss the job (typically 60+ seconds). Spam, wrong numbers, telemarketers, robocalls, hangups, and out-of-area calls don't count and never touch your balance.
Can I really cancel anytime? +
Yes. There's no contract, no minimum term, no early termination fee. Pause your campaign mid-day if you want. When you're ready to come back, flip it on. Whatever's left of your deposit goes back to your card on request.
Are the leads shared with other contractors? +
Never. You get your own Google Ads campaign and your own tracking number. Every call that comes through that number rings only your phone. We don't sell your calls to anyone else, and your competitors aren't in the same campaign.
What if a caller asks about something I don't do? +
You only get charged for calls about services you opted into. If a caller asks about something outside that list, dispute it — we refund the call to your balance. Same for any call you think wasn't qualified.
